This place suits me perfectly. I love the wifi, 24-hour reception, and coffee shop. On my first stay, the staff gave me the best local taxi tip. I recommend trying their delicious breakfast too! I'll be back for a city break.

It's okay.

Its location is unbeatable & excellent, just next door to downtown shopping, bus terminal, and the bus station from where all the buses for excursions leave. There is cafe Starbucks Coffee House, set 100 metres walk away.

Breakfast was very nice, and the staff was friendly. They even stored our extra suitcase for free while we explored the area, a nice surprise.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The location was amazing-just a 3-minute walk to the train station! Our Junior Suite Plus was chic and cozy, with a sophisticated decor. Plus, the complimentary breakfast with hot scrambled eggs and fresh fruits was such a good way to kickstart our mornings!

The hotel is located just behind the central station and the bus terminal station. There is also a tram stop in front of it. It is easy to reach other spots. The room is clean, the staff is very helpful, and the breakfast is nice. My friends and I enjoy the stay a lot.

I had a pleasant stay with a cozy bed for a good night's sleep and enjoyed the modern bathroom. Relaxing on the sun terrace while sipping coffee was a real treat! Just wish there were coffee makers in rooms instead of sharing in the hallway, but overall, it was a great experience 😊

It was located right across the street from the Tour bus lot, which was very convenient for our day trip to Jungfrau. It was also right across the street from the main train station, and a short walk to old Zurich and the waterfront. They have oscillating fans in the room, which is nice when you have to close the windows to block out the street noise!

The contintental breakfast was terrible: hard crossiants, gooey cheese (that should not have been gooey). The 2nd morning we didn't even bother, We went downstairs to Starbucks instead. No Air Conditioning (which seems to be the norm in Switzerland). Had to close the windows at night because of the street noise. The keys are small electronic key-chain things, attached to a large plastic tube. You have to leave your room key at the front desk whenever you go out.

The location was perfect, right next to the railway station, literally about 20 yards from the platform - perfect. The staff knew exactly who I was each time I came to the desk and were very helpful. Great breakfast, including traditional Birchermeusli and good hausbrot.

Reception staff super-efficient. Breakfast was available from 06.15, ideal for an early departure, and offered a good choice, including excellent coffee. The hotel has been refurbished and is comfortable and well maintained.

The refurbishment did not include air conditioning, and the hotel has a tramline immediately outside. You therefore have to choose between noise and a stuffy room.
